Date: Held over two Saturdays,

Venue: Youth in Romsey (map).

Time: 10am – 2pm

Cost: £69 (everyone will receive the Sinclair Journey sewing pattern, both in digital format and a printed copy ,) If you’d rather bring your own pattern I can reduce the workshop cost to £56.

Details:

This is an opportunity for those fairly new to sewing, or those who want to improve their skills, to learn how to use a commercial PDF dressmaking pattern. You may have come to the beginner’s workshop we offer and are now ready to take the next step to making your own clothes. You will make a hoodie, with a zipped front opening, and a choice of pockets.

I have chosen just one pattern, Optional choice of  a scuba style high neck lined full hood, half hood (cowl) or standing collar. Sleeves are finished with fitted cuffs. Can have kangaroo pockets finished with bands, zippered pockets (with tabs) or cargo style patch pockets with flaps. The fit can be varied by sizing up or down. The zipper is finished with a facing. If you already have a sewing pattern you might like to use please let me know the pattern details so I can advise if it is suitable.
