Terms and Conditions

Sew Together will: 

  • Ensure the strictest health and safety measures are adhered to at all times.

  • Aim to meet attendees learning needs.

  • Only accept pre booking of classes once full payment has been received.

  • Accept cancellation of classes more than 7 days prior to the class to recieve a full refund. If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before a class the class can be transferred to another class time; although a refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances and at my discretion.

  • For block bookings of 4 classes, if classes are missed no refund can be given; but can be transferred to another class time if notified within 48 hours of the class starting or in exceptional circumstances.

  • Reimburse attendees for any damage to fabrics, materials or equipment occurred through negligence by Sew Together. Damage caused by others will not be covered.

  • Complaints will be dealt with quickly and efficiently for all involved parties; with resolutions aimed to be sought within 7 days.

  • All borrowed item, unless returned within one month, will be charged at full replacement price.
